Our approach

Authentic Montessori, in more than one language.

Casa stays true to the method developed by Dr Maria Montessori — genuine materials, used by educators trained to guide rather than instruct, so each child learns at their own pace and does things for themselves. Woven through it all: Spanish, English and French, spoken naturally by native-speaking educators, so children absorb language the way Montessori says they absorb everything — through real immersion, not instruction.

Good questions

About Casa, answered.

What makes Casa Montessori Richmond different?
Casa combines authentic Montessori education with genuine multilingual immersion in a warm, home-like environment. Children hear Spanish, English and French every day from native-speaking educators — through everyday relationships and daily Montessori life, not separate lessons.
Is Casa under new management?
Yes. Casa is entering a renewed chapter under new ownership, with a refreshed team and a renewed commitment to warm relationships, open communication and consistent, high-quality Montessori education.
What is the Montessori approach?
A child-led method developed by Dr Maria Montessori. Children choose their own work from genuine, carefully prepared materials and learn at their own pace, guided by trained educators in a calm, ordered environment.
How does Montessori help children become independent?
Through everyday practical life — pouring their own water, choosing their own activities and dressing themselves — children build confidence and self-reliance that make the move to Reception feel natural and easy.
What ages do you accept, and where are you?
We welcome children aged 2 to 5, at 23 Marksbury Avenue, Richmond, TW9 4JE — close to Kew and North Sheen.
