A Day at Casa
From breakfast club to collection — a snapshot of a multilingual Montessori day at Casa.

8:00 – 9:00 am
Breakfast Club and Arrival
We start the day with a gentle transition at our breakfast club. Children are welcomed into a calm, social atmosphere. They take off their own coats and hats and hang them on their personalised pegs. From the first moments they practise practical life skills by helping prepare or serve light morning snacks, building confidence and a sense of belonging before the main work cycle begins.

Morning
Montessori Work Cycle
The morning is when we protect longer stretches of concentration. Guided by our teachers, children choose from prepared activities across numeracy, literacy, and culture, creative discovery in art, construction, and role play, and practical life — with room to follow their own interests at their own pace.
-
Throughout the Morning
Free Flow
We offer an indoor-outdoor environment where children choose to be inside or outside, following their own natural rhythm of movement and rest. This freedom supports self-regulation and lets each child pace their day.
-
Lunch Time
Fresh School Lunch
Children enjoy a freshly prepared lunch delivered by Naked Nosh, with balanced options designed for young children. View a sample menu (PDF).
-
All Day
Multilingual Immersion
Native-speaking teachers use English, French, Spanish, and Italian with children throughout the day—in routines, play, and conversation—rather than only in set language slots.
-
During the Week
Specialised Enrichment
Our weekly rhythm includes yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Tiny Jitz, Forest School at Pensford Field, and music, drama, and cooking sessions. Learn more about our clubs.

12:00, 3:00 or 5:00 pm
Flexible Collection
We support busy families with pick-up at 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, or 5:00 pm. Children staying for the afternoon who need a rest have a quiet nap after lunch, with a teacher on hand.
