Children are welcomed into a calm, social atmosphere. They take off their own coats and hats and hang them on their personalised pegs, and help prepare or serve light morning snacks — practising practical-life skills and building confidence and a sense of belonging before the main work cycle begins.

Protected time to concentrate
The morning protects longer stretches of concentration. Guided by our teachers, children choose from prepared activities across numeracy, literacy and culture, creative discovery in art, construction and role play, and practical life — following their own interests at their own pace.

An indoor–outdoor environment lets children choose to be inside or outside, following their own natural rhythm of movement and rest. This freedom supports self-regulation and lets each child pace their day.
