Our values

The values that shape every day at Casa.

Three simple principles guide how our team behaves, how children are cared for, and how families are welcomed — the heart of a warm, multilingual Montessori nursery.

Value 01

Be Our Best Selves

We support every child and adult to grow in confidence, independence and self-awareness. Through gentle guidance, reflection and care, children come to understand their emotions, recognise their own worth, and meet the world with curiosity and resilience.

In a Montessori environment, that means real independence: children pour their own water, choose their own work and take responsibility for their space — small acts that build a lasting sense of capability.

Value 02

Build Our Best Community

We place relationships at the heart of everything we do, creating a warm, inclusive and multilingual environment where everyone feels valued, heard and respected. Through kindness, empathy and connection, we nurture a true sense of belonging — for children, families and educators alike.

You see it in the little things: open, honest communication with parents at drop-off and pick-up, a home-like rather than clinical feel, and children who genuinely welcome visitors and new friends.

Value 03

Reach Our Greatest Aspirations

We inspire each other to aim high. Guided by Montessori principles and a love of the natural world, we nurture independence, a love of learning and a sense of responsibility — supporting each child to thrive as a capable and compassionate citizen of the world.

Learning here follows the child: each one moves at their own pace, with trained educators who guide rather than instruct, so aspiration grows from genuine curiosity rather than pressure.

The thread that ties them together

An authentic Montessori ethos.

All three values grow from the same root: an authentic Montessori approach, with genuine materials and a calm, prepared environment, delivered by qualified educators — and woven through with Spanish, English and French, so belonging and learning happen in more than one language.
